1. All Products Are Made to Order
Every item in our store is custom-printed just for you.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

Personal dislike of the item
Please check size charts and product details before purchasing.
2. We Accept Returns/Refunds If There Is a Problem
If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
We offer free replacements or refunds in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged

There is a printing error
-
You received the wrong item
-
The package was lost in transit
What you need to provide:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue (damaged item, misprint, etc.)

A short description of the problem
We handle everything with our production partner and send a replacement ASAP.
3. No Need to Return the Item
For damaged or defective items, you do not need to return the product.
We replace or refund it free of charge
4. Incorrect Address
If the shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer:

We cannot offer a free replacement or refund.

A new order will need to be placed at the customer’s cost.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.
After production starts, cancellations are no longer possible
